The Catalyst Coaching Program
After your, free, initial consultation, Catalyst Coaching will set up a program completely tailored to your specific goals and desires. Our clients receive weekly coaching sessions that are approximately 35 minutes via phone for a period of at least 3 months. During the calls, the client and the coach focus on the client's strengths and possibilities. We are focused on helping the client eliminate what has been holding them back by shifting the focus to new possibilities and new ways of thinking. Unlike therapy, where the focus is on the past, Coaching is focused on the FUTURE. Over the phone, the client and coach develop a trust and "sacred space" that allows the client to "hear" themselves and move forward. The coaching calls are entirely focused on the client's agenda, not the coach's, and are completely confidential.
