Catalyst Coaching, was founded by Matthew J. Raitz in 2009 and is head quartered in Jacksonville, FL. Matthew is proud to be a member of The Institute for Life Coach Training and is finalizing his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials from The International Coach Federation, (ICF). Matthew is passionate about helping his clients accomplish anything that is important to them. His background and success in athletics, business, and coaching has equipped him to help almost any type of client accomplish more. Matthew has a track record of winning in many arenas and has developed "The Winning Program" to help his clients achieve what they want. As a young man, Matthew was a top junior and amateur golfer in the country and later played professionally. Matthew's path lead him into the real estate industry where he managed his own company, totaling over $40 Million in sales in just a few years. He has also had success in Marketing for a Fortune 500 Company. Matthew's passion shifted to coaching and he has not looked back. His clients include an array of individuals including attorneys, artists, professional athletes, and business leaders. In March of 2010, Matthew founded the T.H.I.N.K. Foundation, a non-profit organization created to help neglected young people change their lives. T.H.I.N.K. stands for "Teaching, Helping, Inspiring, Neglected, Kids". The foundation focuses on one-on-one mentoring and life coaching to help "troubled" young people become aware of their creative power of thought.
